The Board of Directors is the executive body of AEDBF Romania, responsible for implementing the decisions made by the General Assembly and managing the association's current activities.
The Board ensures the continuity of the organization's operations between General Assembly sessions. Its responsibilities include budget management, admission of new members, coordination of scientific programs, and organization of legal events.
The Board has the authority to propose the establishment of branches, establish strategic partnerships, and represent the association in relations with third parties. The President of the association holds the official representative role, supported by Vice Presidents and the Secretary General.

A university professor with extensive experience in banking and financial law, Professor Brândușa Ștefănescu leads AEDBF Romania, promoting academic and professional excellence in this sector.
With over 40 years of experience in the judiciary, including as a judge at the High Court of Cassation and Justice, Dr. Constantin Brânzan is recognized for his significant contributions in civil and commercial law. He currently practices as a lawyer at Popescu & Asociații.
Dean of the Faculty of Law at the West University of Timișoara, Professor Lucian Bercea is a respected specialist in banking and financial law, actively contributing to the development of legal doctrine and practice in this field.
Dean of the Faculty of Law at the Bucharest University of Economic Studies, Associate Professor Ovidiu Ioan Dumitru holds dual degrees in law and economics, with a PhD in law and an MBA from the Vienna University of Economics and Business. He is actively involved in research and teaching in business and European Union law.
Vice Dean of the Faculty of Law at the Bucharest University of Economic Studies, scientific researcher at the same institution, and Executive Director of the National Association for Soft Drinks, Dragoș Mănescu has extensive experience in legal and managerial fields, contributing to the development of policies and regulations in the financial sector.

Manager of the Internal Control and Compliance Department at BRD Asset Management SAI and lecturer at the Faculty of Law at the Bucharest University of Economic Studies, Estela Mihai specializes in corporate governance, legal, and compliance in the banking and financial sector, contributing significantly to initiatives promoting standards in the financial sector.
PhD in Economics, Deputy Director of the Legal Department at Salt Bank, and associate lecturer at the Faculty of Law at the Bucharest University of Economic Studies and at the Polytechnic University of Bucharest, Adelina Elena Bădescu has experience in legal and financial fields, contributing to the analysis and implementation of financial and fiscal policies.
