The General Assembly is the highest governing body of AEDBF Romania, holding decision-making authority over all key aspects of the association’s functioning.
Composed of all members, the General Assembly meets at least once a year, with the possibility of physical, hybrid, or online sessions. Its responsibilities include: electing and dismissing the Board of Directors and the Auditor, approving the annual budget and reports, setting the strategic direction of the association, and validating the activity plan for the upcoming year.
Through member voting, the General Assembly makes decisions on major development policies, statute amendments, the creation of branches, and even the potential dissolution of the association.
The General Assembly also embodies AEDBF Romania’s democratic and participatory values – a forum where every member matters, and decisions are made through shared responsibility.
